Request an RMA number

Should you be unhappy with your BunkTrunk®, please contact us to try to resolve your problem. If we can’t resolve your problem, you can return the BunkTrunk®, in “new” condition with original packaging, for a refund minus a $35 restocking charge.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping & insurance charges. We highly recommend you insure your shipment to protect you against shipping damage.

Should you refuse your shipment, you will not have an RMA number and we will not issue a refund without an RMA number.

PLEASE fill out the questions below for a Return Authorization Number as returns will not be credited without an RMA number. <b>Returns will be accepted for up to 35 days after your product has shipped. Your returned BunkTrunk™ must be received within 14 days from your RMA being issued or a credit will not be issued.
