Returns
Should you be unhappy with your BunkTrunk®, please contact us to try to resolve your problem. If we can’t resolve your problem, you can return the BunkTrunk®, in “new” condition with original packaging, for a refund minus a $35 restocking charge.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping & insurance charges. We highly recommend you insure your shipment to protect you against shipping damage.
PLEASE contact us for a Return Authorization Number as returns will not be credited without an RMA number. Should you refuse your shipment, you will not have an RMA number and we will not issue a refund without an RMA number. Returns will be accepted for up to 35 days after your product has shipped. Your returned BunkTrunk™ must be received within 14 days from your RMA being issued or a credit will not be issued.
Warranty
Your BunkTrunk® is covered on both parts and labor for a period of 90 days from your shipping date. If you experience a problem, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve your issue.
Approved Dorm Accessories
We urge you to check with your College to ensure there are no rules governing what you can and can’t have in your dorm room. While the BunkTrunk does not need to be attached using fasteners such as screws, some Colleges may have specific rules limiting what you can have in a dorm room.
